Guarantee:

All jewelry is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for my life time.  If anything should happen to a piece of Artjewelry through normal ware, I will repair it at no cost to you.  All you need do is contact me for shipping instructions and send all of the components back to me, at your expense.  Once I receive the components, I will make the necessary repairs and send it back to you (at my expense).  However, if any of the components are missing, you will be charged for the replacement components.

Privacy Policy:

All personal information you provide is for order purposes only.  No personal information will be provided by me to any one outside of the purchase transaction.  As I use PayPal for purchase transactions, please see PayPal's privacy policy.  

Order Policy:

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the order.  All orders will be shipped by US Mail unless
otherwise requested.

Return Policy:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the shipment date, only if its in its original condition.   Please contact me to obtain a return authorization  Once you have the return authorization, send to me via US Mail.  Once the item has been received by me, I will refund the items full  purchase price to you (shipping and handling charges from the original shipment will not be refunded.)
